Another great episode. Hard not to laugh when you two are laughing until you cry.
The segment on the "tough love teen homes" reminded me of the cruel Murray experiments conducted by the Harvard professor on students in the 1960s. This kind of stress on teens can result in severe mental disturbances (the most famous Guinea pig student of the Murray experiments goes by the name of Ted Kaczynski).

I agree that the reasons why the riots kicked off are a big mess of things, social stratification, budget cuts etc, and certainly the death of Mark Duggan was the spark but I sincerely believe that most of the violence was opportunist. Once things spread and people realised they could get away with it and that there was no way that these cities could be policed on such a large scale it spread all over the country. Even the young people who were interviewed had no agenda, and no affiliation with the original protesters regarding Mark Duggan.
By the way a ‘Chav’ is a word used to describe a demograph of the unemployed working class, usually but it can be used to describe a person who dresses in such a way.
