Cecil, I love your Comcast meltdowns. I was a technician for them for over 10 years. I’m now a manager for a contractor company that works for them. If you think they treat their customers poorly, you should try working for them. The kid that came to deliver your stuff had probably only been there for a short time. When I hit my three year mark I was already more senior to over 60% of the workforce. The turnover rate there is atrocious.
I loved the story about Mike Pence not wearing a mask at the Mayo Clinic and shared it with my girlfriend. We wanted to read the article about it but we noticed that there was not a link to the Mike Pence story. We found the story easily, https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/28/politics/mike-pence-mayo-clinic-mask/index.html is one by CNN. However, it looks like there may have been a quote mine about Mike Pence stating that he wasn’t wearing a mask BECAUSE he wanted to look the medical workers in the eyes. He does have a “look them in the eyes” quote, but it came after the explanation for not wearing a mask. The reason he didn’t wear a mask in Pence’s own words was because he was “tested for the coronavirus on a regular basis”.
Now I still think that he should have worn a mask, and even he has since acknowledged this. I love and appreciate your show and I don’t think that you intentionally quote mined, just making you aware. Thanks for all you do!
